WAY TO GO JOE !!!!!

     After fifty years of serving his country, both as a congressman and eight years as President in which he had done so well President Joe Biden chose to pass the torch to Kamala Harris, not only for the good of our Country, but without exaggeration I will say as well, for the good of the world’s history. Some call this sort of self-sacrifice like that of King Saul’s when he “chose to fall on his sword” and thereby to take himself out of the picture in favor of David for the future good of the nation of Israel in First Samuel 31.

            One can only imagine the difficulty of his decision to step aside from the task with which he had done so well as his crowning accomplishment. But, as he has always done, Joe Biden put the smaller picture aside in favor of the larger picture. History will speak so well of this man and his decision to put the good of the country ahead of his own aspirations. We know it was an extremely hard decision to make, but we also know that in Joe Biden’s heart there was only one real choice to make. So, I say “Thank you Joey” for all you have done, but most of all I thank you for being you.
